Kode Error yang sering terjadi Kode Error Fotocopy Canon E061-0001 pada Canon iRAdvance 6065, iRA 6075, 6255, 6275 .

  • Potential control error : Nilai yang terukur di dark area berbeda +/- 30V atau lebih tinggi dari target potensial pada kontrol . Jika perbedaannya antara +/- 10V dan atau kurang dari 30V, alarm diindikasikan.

Cara Memperbaiki :

  1. Periksa sambungan LED pra-eksposur (sambungan konektor, connector connection, open circuit, the caught cable).
  2. Periksa pemasangan Primary Charging Assembly (sambungan konektor, connector cable, open circuit ).
  3. Periksa kondisi Drum dan As Poros Drum. (Periksa apakah tabung fiksasi drum sudah terpasang dengan benar.)
  4. Periksa apakah Kaca Tahan Debu kotor. Jika perlu, bersihkan.
  5. Periksa pemasangan Unit Laser Scanner (sambungan konektor kabel , Short circuit ).
  6. Periksa pemasangan PCB Tegangan Tinggi Primer (PCB11), dan koneksinya konektor)
  7. Periksa pemasangan Potensi Sensor (koneksi konektor, sirkuit terbuka, kabel yang tertangkap).
  8. Periksa pemasangan Motor Drum (M1), dan koneksinya.
  9. Ganti bagian-bagiannya. : Primary Charging Assembly, Unit Laser Scanner, Potential Sensor, High Voltage PCB(PCB11), Motor Drum (M1), Main Driver PCB (PCB2), DC Controller PCB (PCB1)
  1. Check the connection of the Pre-exposure LED (COPIER > DISPLAY > DPOT > PRIM-C) is 1550 micro A atau lebih tinggi tambahkan grid voltage dari Primary Charging Assembly by 100V (COPIER > ADJUST > HV-PRI > PRI-GRID).
  2. Adjustment potential control (COPIER > FUNCTION > DPC > DPC).
  3. Restart mesin OFF dan ON Check installation dari Primary Charging Assembly.
  4. Check installation dari Primary Charging High Voltage PCB (PCB11)
  • Kesalahan kebocoran tegangan output dari Grid Primary charging terdeteksi 5 kali berturut-turut untuk setiap 20 msec.
  • Periksa koneksi antara Driver Utama PCB (PCB2) dan Unit Tegangan Tinggi (J111) Sisi Unit Tegangan Tinggi J3097 2.
  • Periksa koneksi antara Relay PCB (PCB5) dan Unit Tegangan Tinggi Jamper J519.

Masalah :

Fixing Assembly low temperature error
Temperature of the Fixing Main Thermistor (THM1) does not reach 10 degC although 20 seconds have passed after starting the Fixing Roller temperature control.

Penangannya :

  1. Check the connection of the Fixing Assembly. (Connection error of the Drawer, connector disconnection, open circuit) -> Replace the Heater Assembly.
  2. Check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10) (connector disconnection, open circuit, the caught cable).
  3. Replace the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).
  4. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
  5. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Problem :

Fixing Assembly low temperature error
Temperature of the Fixing Main Thermistor (THM1) does not reach 10 degC although 20 seconds have passed after starting the Fixing Roller temperature control.

Perbaikan :

  1. Replace the Heater Assembly.
  2. Check the connection between the Main Driver PCB (PCB2) and the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10) (connector disconnection, open circuit, the caught cable).
  3. Replace the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10).
  4. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
  5. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Permasalan :

  1. Fixing Assembly high temperature error (software detection)
  2. The Fixing Main Thermistor (THM1) detects 230 degC or higher.
  3. The Fixing Sub Thermistor 1 (THM2)/Fixing Sub Thermistor 2 (THM3) detects 230 degC or higher for 2 consecutive seconds.

Perbaikannya :

  1. Check if the cable of the Thermistor is caught. >Replace the Thermistors. > Replace the Fixing Upper Unit.
  2. IH control error. > Replace the Fixing Power Supply PCB (PCB10), the DC Controller PCB (PCB1), or the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

Description

  1. Developing Assembly toner absent error
    Toner in the Developing Assembly was empty for 2 minutes.

Perbaikan :

  1. Check the connection of the Developing Toner Sensor (TS1). Sensor side: J2133, J3089 (relay), PCB side: J3088 (relay), J114 (Main Driver PCB (PCB2)
  2. Check the connection of the Magnet Roller Clutch (CL5). Sensor side: J2036, J3124 (relay), J3090 (relay) PCB side: J3091(relay), J115 (Main Driver PCB (PCB2)
  3. Check the connection of the Toner Feed Motor (M28). Motor side: J2035, J3124 (relay), J3090 (relay) PCB side: J3091(relay), J115 (Main Driver PCB (PCB2)
  4. Check the connection of the Buffer Toner Sensor (TS3). Sensor side: J2039, J3124 (relay), J3090 (relay) PCB side: J3091(relay), J115 (Main Driver PCB (PCB2)
  5. Replace the Developing Toner Sensor (TS1).
  6. Replace the Magnet Roller Clutch (CL5).
  7. Replace the Toner Feed Motor (M28).
  8. Replace the Buffer Toner Sensor (TS3).
  9. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).
  10. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Description:

Polygon Motor FG unlock error After the BD range was specified, lock was unlocked for 1 second or longer. (Power is not supplied/Polygon Motor signal error)

Remedy :

  1. Check if the door is opened. Close the door.
  2. Check the connector connection, open circuit, and the caught cable of the DC Controller PCB (PCB1) and the Laser Driver PCB (PCB35). DC Controller side: J471, J472, Laser Driver side: J5100, J5101, Relay Harness connection to Polygon Motor (M44) and BD Sensor: J3011
  3. Replace the Laser Scanner Unit.
  4. Replace the Laser Driver PCB (PCB35).
  5. Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB1).

Error Code Canon IRA 4235/ 4245/ 4251/ 4025/ 4035/ 4045/ 4051

Error Code yang sering terjadi di Canon IRA 4235/ 4245/ 4251/ 4025/ 4035/ 4045/ 4051 yang umumnya disebabkan spare-parts yang aus, perlu penggantian.

Deskripsi:

Memperbaiki suhu kenaikan abnormal, Suhu yang dideteksi oleh termistor utama tidak naik ke nilai yang ditentukan selama kontrol mesin start awal.

Memperbaiki:

  1. Lakukan langkah berikut untuk menghapus kesalahan: COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> ERR; lalu matikan dan hidupkan daya.
  2. Periksa sambungan Konektor (Konektor Termistor: J2063 / J2510 / J214, Konektor AC: J105).
  3. Mengganti Termistor Utama Memperbaiki (Unit Film).
  4. Ganti Unit Fixing Utama

Deskripsi :

Deteksi Kontrol suhu dibagian Fixing Assemby rendah setelah startup mesin, Pembacaan termistor utama kurang dari 100 derajat selama 200 msec atau lebih.

Memperbaiki :

  1. Lakukan langkah berikut untuk menghapus kesalahan: COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> ERR; lalu matikan dan hidupkan daya.
  2. Periksa sambungan Konektor (Konektor Termistor, Konektor AC.
  3. Mengganti Termistor Utama Memperbaiki (Unit Film).

  • Penanganan yang sama seperti diatas untuk ERROR CODE E000, E001, E002, E004,

Deskripsi :

  1. Rotasi tidak stabil dari Deteksi Motor Fixing (M2) dijalankan setiap 100 msec setelah dimulainya putaran motor; namun, sinyal deteksi drive tidak ada selama 2 detik.

Memperbaiki :

  1. Periksa koneksi Konektor (J2001 / J203).
  2. Pasang Pengencang (M2).
  3. Pasang kembali DC Kontroler PCB (UN2).
  4. Ganti Motor M2, Fixing Assembly.

Untuk kode Error E0014-001, 002,003 sama seperti diatas.

Masalah :

  • Konektor dari Developing Toner Sensor (S25) terputus.

Memperbaiki :

1. Periksa koneksi Konektor (J2013 / J209).

2. Mengganti Sensor Toner

  • Konektor Sub Hopper Toner Sensor (S26) terputus/ Rusak.
    Sinyal deteksi koneksi Sub Hopper Toner Sensor (S26) tidak ada selama 100 msec 10 kali secara berurutan.

Perbaikan :

  1. Periksa koneksi Konektor kabel (J2115 / J2503 / J207).
  2. Pasang kembali/ Ganti Sensor Toner Sub Hopper.

Masalah :

Kegagalan Kipas Pendingin Catu Daya Ketika sinyal kunci terdeteksi selama 5 detik saat Kipas Pendingin Catu Daya (FM5) dihentikan.

Cara Memperbaiki

  1. Putuskan sambungan lalu sambungkan konektor (J205) pada DC Controller PCB (UN2).
  2. Pasang kembali Kipas Pendingin Catu Daya (FAN6).

Masalah : Rotasi Memperbaiki Kipas Pendingin Tepi Film Fixing. Sensor tidak kembali ke posisi Home.

Memperbaiki :

  1. Periksa koneksi Konektor (J2036 / J215).
  2. Pasang kembali kipas pendingin tepi film pengencang.
  3. Ganti Film Fixing jika perlu.
